History in Motion Car Show: Benefiting the Morris County Historical Society
Join MCHS for their second annual “History in Motion” Car Show. Dozens of classic cars, muscle cars, antique cars, hot rods, and exotic cars, foreign and domestic, will be on display at this fundraiser that celebrates automotive history. Music will be provided by Denville’s Golden Gup from his custom pink 1965 Ford F-100.
Experience automotive history in motion on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the surface lot at 12 DeHart Street in Morristown. This family-friendly car show will feature an impressive lineup of classic cars, muscle cars, hot rods and exotic vehicles from across the eras, along with music by Morris County’s Golden Gup.
Guests can enjoy a close-up look at remarkable vehicles while celebrating automotive history, innovation and design. Prizes and trophies will be awarded in several categories, including Best in Show, People’s Choice, Best Muscle Car, Best Hot Rod, Best of Era and President’s Choice.
Proceeds benefit the Morris County Historical Society and its mission to preserve and promote Morris County history. Interested in displaying a vehicle? Visit MorrisCountyHistory.org to register. [Free to observers!]
