The outdoor concert is part of South Orange Downtown’s Downtown After Sundown summer music series, which runs on Saturday evenings from June 6 through September 5. This week’s performance features Sarah Hodd & The Drive, an eight-piece band described by South Orange Downtown as a group that plays covers and blues-influenced original music with a neo-soul and rock sound. The event gives residents and visitors a specific Saturday evening downtown activity built around live local music.

South Orange Downtown is the nonprofit management entity for the South Orange Village Center Special Improvement District. Its work includes producing downtown events, supporting existing businesses, recruiting new businesses and helping keep the village center active and pedestrian-friendly.
