Randolph Ordinance Updates: New Fees, Lot Grading, Food License and Pay Rules

Randolph Township posted new ordinance updates covering fees, lot grading, food licenses, employee pay, and Sussex Turnpike zoning actions.

RANDOLPH, NJ – Randolph Township posted several public notices on April 24, 2026, including adopted ordinances on municipal fees and lot grading permits, proposed ordinances on food establishment penalties and employee compensation, and a Board of Adjustment action involving property on Sussex Turnpike.

The township said Ordinance No. 11-26, amending the township fee schedule, and Ordinance No. 12-26, amending township rules for lot grading permits, were both finally passed by the Township Council on April 23 and approved by the mayor.

Two additional ordinances were introduced April 23 and are scheduled for second reading and public hearing on May 7 at 6 p.m. at the Randolph Municipal Building, 502 Millbrook Avenue. Ordinance No. 13-26 would amend township code provisions for retail food establishments, including penalties for operating without a license. Ordinance No. 14-26 would set compensation ranges for specified officers and employees.

The Board of Adjustment also posted notice of action on application PSA26-04, filed by Heritage Roxbury B 3 L 3, 4, 5, involving 1575-1579 Sussex Turnpike. The notice describes the action as a site plan amendment and says the adopted resolution has been filed with the municipal administrative officer and is available for inspection.
