The township says Morris Turnpike Milling and Paving will cause limited access from Sussex Turnpike to Dover Chester Road, with garbage and recycling pickup potentially affected.
RANDOLPH, NJ – Randolph Township has scheduled milling and paving work on Morris Turnpike from Sussex Turnpike to Dover Chester Road beginning Friday, May 15, 2026, according to a township notice posted May 12.
The schedule calls for milling along the entire length of the project area on Friday, May 15. Paving is scheduled for Monday, May 18, from Dover Chester Road to Carrell Road, and Tuesday, May 19, from Carrell Road to Sussex Turnpike.
The township said construction will require limited access along the affected roadway, with signs, police and traffic-control measures in place. Garbage and recycling pickup could also be affected. Residents with questions were directed to the township engineering department at 973-989-7066.
