RANDOLPH, NJ – Randolph Township is reminding landlords that certain rental properties must have a visual lead hazard inspection scheduled by June 30, 2026, under New Jersey’s Lead Safe Certification Law. The township posted the notice on June 1, 2026.
The township said it has partnered with LEW Environmental Services to help ensure compliance with the law. Landlords who received a notice, or who own rental property in Randolph, are being directed to determine whether their property requires a lead-based paint inspection.
